Sorry late to this.

If most internet companies are registered in Ireland, what is the
proportion of tax paid to Ireland and to other jurisdictions of operation?
How is this apportioned? What kind of tax is Uber paying in Kenya? And what
does this mean in the context of tax treaties/ double taxation agreements
(in which it is agreed companies don't pay tax twice/ in two
jurisdictions). Does Ireland have tax treaties with other countries so that
effectively companies registered in Ireland and elsewhere only pay what tax
is imposed on them in Ireland if any at all?
