[kictanet] Fellowship Opportunity on information controls

The Open Technology Fund is sending out its last call for applications (deadline on 19 March 2017).

Fellows get to choose between 3, 6 or 12 months of research on information controls (topics like censorship, surveillance, repressive laws and narrative manipulation).
