Chris was the technology-face of IEBC.
A true defender of the electronic IEBC electoral systems. He knew the systems inside out.
His death sends shivers down my spine and raises the question:- is it possible that ICT professionals could be 'liquidated' for doing their work?
May his soul RIP.
