[kictanet] Why Kenya’s telcos should push back on any shutdown orders

Hi Ali,

Most Telco's unfortunately don't want to get into a fight that would put
their licences in Jeopardy, their interests are commercial as opposed to
social. Until we are able to accord CA the independence it deserves, this
might be a mirage, we can only mitigate any risks.
