[kictanet] IEBC registry shows 128, 926 records of shared voter details - Who audits the IEBC database?

They need to run an automated matching solution what will identify duplicates and get them verified by a team physically.

This normally take a week to do, then IEBC can send a team to verify the entries that are not obvious.
