I'm curious

Was this Kshs. 2 billion budgeted for? Or did the CA pull a Houdini from the USF fund? 

You know guys this is just simply ridiculous. We have swaths of Kenya that have zero connectivity but no..the CA would rather spend Kshs 2 billion to snoop on less than 20% of Kenyans on social media? Or is this equipment also going to snoop on our WhatsApp messages too? 

Yaani guys haven't read the Constitution wakaitafakari? The Chickens will come home to roost one day..
