Where are Kenyan/African scientists and tech community in these conversations?
While very  well articulated on why we should adopt technologies and have increased dispersion for access i.e become consumers, we now must interrogate and holding to account on the adverse impact based on our realities; health, environmental etc.
Will the class 1 laptops be opening up to breeding a soon to be tech-wired-brain-dead generation? What might be done about it?- What are the precautions by the manufacturers, ISPs, public health and educators, and parents.
