I think you missed my point. Which basically was this:-
In a commercial arrangement one has a choice. In a 'National Security' scenario you simply don't. You go to court. Like Omtata did.
In my humble opinion we are in a classic scenario of a Glass Half Full.
For those of us who lived in the Pre-Multi Party era these sort of discussions would have landed ALL of us in Nyayo House. The fact that we have these freedoms makes us more determined to protect them.
