having an interoperable wallet as most of the mobile banking applications
by the banks will be required to scrapped and IPSL will need to take the
lead and s bsnk to be able IPSL to use their complete channel / agency
network.

How well aligned all the key stakeholders in Financial Sector to be able to
take on the MNO's, is there the skill set available.
