Research by @RIAnetwork shows an interesting disparity between mobile phone usage vs Internet use. 
Eg Kenya at approx 90% mobile usage vs approx 26% internet use! 
South Africa: approx 84% mobile ownership, 50% internet use. 
(Nationally representative samples). #igf2017
