The current position in Kenya - as with other jurisdictions - is support
for net neutrality premised on the law. That is the position being
exemplified by Rand Fishkin, and I share it too.
However, if there's a shift in the big net market in the US, it would
affect us too as will be the case with other nations. Question is whether
we can "make noise enough" to have net neutrality retained at the
international level, noting the huge influence the rich and mighty ISPs
wield.
