Thanks for this. I have a question for you:-
Do you think two working days and a weekend is enough to comment and engage
on such an important piece of legislation?
Please dissuade me from thinking that this is just a way of ticking a
certain box called 'Public Participation'.
Let me elaborate. When the Ministry of ICT wanted public engagement on the
ICT Policy 2016 they engaged us and gave us ample time to discuss and give
input.
Can the IEBC look at increasing this time? I'm aware that the elections are
around the corner but surely let's do this right..
