[kictanet] Career Mentorship for High School Students and Form Four Leavers

We have the pleasure to inform you that at @iLabAfrica, Strathmore
University is organizing a  5 day Career Mentor ship workshop for High
School Students and Form Four Leavers.The program will take place at
@iLabAfrica from 5th December to 9th December 2016  from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The Career Mentorship Programme (CMP) intends to promote a sharing and
supportive relationship between experienced professionals and selected key
top -notch speakers from the Kenyan Industry.The participants will learn
about different careers they can pursue, Universities in Kenya  and so much
more . The Programme, though informal, may serve as a significant
complement to the academic curriculum of their High School Education.

*Objectives of the Program*

   - To broaden students’ perspective towards the world of work;
   - To develop students’ confidence in communicating with senior
   professionals; and
   - To assist students to develop their career aspiration.

The Students will also interact with different mentors and will be provided
with first hand information on how to select a career.

For your convenience, we have attached a description and agenda of the
training contents.
