Great points GG,
I think the bigger question is how do we move from being tender
preneurs to proper enterprises/consultancies that can be trusted to
deliver?, the challenge we have is that we have the right people doing
the wrong business due to proper connections hence we don't seem to
trust our own. Its a social problem that ought to be reversed. If we
start awarding meritocracy, things will change.
