Skill development is time-consuming but the main factor is - it is very
expensive globally.

Curriculum's in educational institutions are not sufficient for ordinary
students and newbies to master the art and in most cases post college you
will end up spending a great fortune to specialize; for instance CCIE can
cost you not less than 200K and months to pass.
