7.5
*Data Protection*
The Government will *develop data protection legislation* that ensures the
protection of the
confidentiality and integrity of citizens’ information. The legislation
shall provide for collection, use,
retention, security and disclosure of such information, including
disclosure to law enforcement
agencies.
I would not comment on Google because they operate in different
Geographical boundaries with different legislations.
