[kictanet] Taming the (Internet) beasts

It is interesting to see that the issues of SM platforms are bigger and
more than regulation of hate speech....there is consumer protection,
competition, innovation...
I saw a news item today about Kenya planning a Bill to regulate use of
social media as we head towards the election season.
