[kictanet] Fwd: TCRA to enforce use of .tz domain names

Is there a country apart from .tz that is doing this? What is then the
purpose of having TLDs that are not country specific then?
And I dont think countries should target a space as open and free as the
world wide web and regulate it - and the fact that they can do it for
revenue reasons make it even sound worse.
