[kictanet] M-Pesa Debit Card

I wonder if the card will be as fees free to the customer as visa. Therein,
would be an advantage. For now there are times when paying through M-pesa
is charged and it is quite inconvenient to send an SMS to find out the
charges.
But the bigger question would be whether this the real future or the full
potential of mobile money vis a vis Blockchains...
