If Kamotho has the interest of the industry at heart and not act as 'gatekeeper' to the industry then:-

1. Why did he not engage widely?
2. Who are the members of ICTAK? 
3. Who is ICTAK? How representative is it of the industry? 
4. Where is his participation in the ICT Policy discussions that have been ongoing? 

This business of starting to accuse Shadowy figures is a Kenyan pastime. Let Kamotho know that KEPSA, KICTANET, KIPSOS, BAKE are all against This Gatekeeper Bill. Let him start by first withdrawing the bill and then engage all for the betterment of this industry. 

Of course if he has the interest of the country at heart.

No shadowy figures here. We are all known.
