[kictanet] Kenya ICT Action Network Report on the Draft ICT Policy Feedback

Dear Dennis,

Many thanks for taking time to review the report which acts as a
feedback on feedback from stakeholders to the Ministry of Information
and Communications Technology. Going forward we will have two
stakeholder meetings, one organized by the Ministry of Information and
Communications Technology to respond to the feedback it received from
the Public after the call that was made and one organized by KICTANET
and Strathmore University Law School  which will equally be attended
by the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology to
validate the report and flesh out substantive issues that have to be
incorporated into the draft report.
