[kictanet] Kenya ICT Action Network Report on the Draft ICT Policy (Barrack Otieno)

Hi Walu and Barrack,

I’ve gone through the document and I’m impressed by the spirit of the draft. My feedback echoes Esther Nyamburas sentiments(page 54) on borrowing or refining the policies that have gone before us e.g. National ICT Master Plan, The National Broadband Strategy, Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) policy e.t.c and that we should take as much time as we need if this is to serve us for the next 10 years and beyond.
