[kictanet] [isoc_ke] Airtel hands BitPesa a Life line

I would think this may be a blessing in disguise for BitPesa. The lower
transaction fees on Airtel Money is a better incentive for people to join
in and use BitPesa without having the elephant in the room: Withdrawal and
Deposit charges.
