Hi Henry,

To register a business name using eCitizen, you have to go through two
processes.

1. Reserve the name (costs Sh.150). If successfully reserved you will get
the status showing Reserved and if not, it will tell you that it has been
Rejected.
2. Using the code for the name reservation, register the business name
(costs about Sh.850). You will need to provide supporting documentation to
complete this stage.

A word of caution. Do not try to use eCitizen to register a company. It's
been five weeks since I made that mistake and after being thrown about from
office to office, I fear I will have to do the whole process again offline
and pay again.
