[kictanet] Press Statement: Digital Literacy Programme Proof of Concept (POC) Implementation Press Briefing

I might be wrong but there is this adage 'there is no free lunch'. What are
the terms and conditions for the service offering by Airtel. And as someone
else asks did the government negotiate with other providers for the same
service. Something is smelling bad somewhere.
