Thanks for sharing.

A very big step in the right direction!!

Indeed the presence of a number of CSs belies the importance that this project is getting from the government.

Kudos to the former CS of ICT, Dr. Matiang’i for midwifing the process and to CS Mucheru for picking up the baton without missing the step.

Now the rubber meets the road and the private sector needs to play its part.
