Thanks for this update. The company is known. This business of us pussyfooting around issues need to stop. If they are unwilling to come forward they need to be arrested forthwith so that they can shed light on this. Or do we have to wait for Mugo and two other Kenyans to also die? 

Let's be circumspect on these issues and not throw blame all over the place. The company is definitely liable on this. But so is the government. Why issue a statement now when someone has died? Why not have told the public what it was doing one year ago?
