Very interesting. Would be glad to hear whether there's a legal issue to deal with when it comes to Portability of Health Records. Do we have legislation in Kenya that smoothens this? What are the pitfalls? Or has this been resolved? One of the key issues hindering the provision of healthcare is definitely the cost of healthcare. Access to health information however is another key reason as to why Healthcare isn't universally efficient as it should be.

We could probably borrow from the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) which is the United States legislation that provides data privacy and security provisions for safeguarding medical information.
