Stuart,

I would be interested to know what you are doing in healthcare. We have
quite some experience implementing healthcare solutions.

Onto Distributed Ledger and their polar opposites, Centralized Ledgers
(what we call databases), I would think most healthcare solutions would
work from a centralized database pretty well. This is based on the fact
that you don't have 'credibility' issues with centralized medical data I
would presume.

For Land Records, however, the balance shifts to distributed ledgers as
*authenticity* of the centralized databases is always a major problem here.

The biggest problem is knowing that the land certificate (Title) that one
holds is the only true one, if it gets changed, then everyone interested in
the certificate is notified and the history of such changes are 'attached'
to the certificate.
