[kictanet] Update on the ICT Practitioners Bill - Get the Facts Right

Sidney i agree with you. I would also like to read the Nyama choma version
of the bill. Better still i am keen to know the Ministry of ICTs position
on the matter after reading bwana Kamothos response. I am also curious to
know why the bill is being pushed by the leader of the majority who has
quicky become a champion of the ICT industry, it is important to note that
parliament is elected by the citizenry and should represent citizen
interests in totality the tail cannot wag the dog, maybe it is time to
engage the political gear on this matter.
