[kictanet] ICT Authority Proposal to act on Quacks proper and within Legal Mandate

Dear Colleagues,

I appreciate the debate  , thank you bwana Kamotho for coming to the
ICT year review meeting and for making your case which goes a long way
to demonstrate how we have matured as a country in intellectual
discourse. Indeed we should leverage on dialogue to find the best
solution for our country.

It is my hope that the ICT Authority can emulate the Communications
Authority which has been outstanding in public engagement to clarify
what it is doing and has committed to improving on the same . I
commend Mr. Francis Wangusi, Rachel Alwala and the officers from
Communications Authority for their galant display of public service
2.0.

Mr. Mugo and ICT Authority can we look forwad to better engagement in 2017?
