Dear All,

Can blacklisting of firms and individuals of a firm that has to be found in
the wrong work? Or do we also need a bill for this?

Next, we will need a Plumbing Practitioners Bill...etc

Whats the obsession of 'Throwing money at the problem' every-time we need
to regulate or correct something.

Just Thinking Aloud.
