Hi Walubengo,

Proposed changes to the Draft ICT Policy 2016 that capture Constitutional
provision for self-governance, the Political Pillar of Vision 2030, Agenda
2063 and UN SDGs are available on

Let us hope the text will be changed to support use of ICT for public
participation and effective governance.
