Many thanks for your enquiry. Indeed each year the Internet Governance Forum is preceded by online discussions. However as you may have observed , we have had intense discussions on the list in the last couple of weeks encompassing the revised ICT Policy and a couple of bills that have been introduced in parliament ranging from regulation of professionals in the Sector and Cyber Security. As you will notice from the Program we have circulated most of the issues have already been covered during the discussions hence it did not make sense to repeat the same. Be that as it may, we have lined up interesting panels which will be managed in a slightly different way , a departure from our traditional way of handling the IGF. We look forwad to an exciting Kenya IGF, see you on Friday.
