[kictanet] Kenya film board bans 'immoral' ads from running between 5am and 10pm

Hi All,

Accept the banning of the adds do the Film board have any capability on
imposing black out monitoring and management. It is well and good to ban
things but what have they put in place that helps the authority monitor the
direction properly and be able to be accountable?
