[kictanet] Piracy websites targeted in new law

While we may be dismissive of this because we have the technical skills to
by pass anything the govenment tries doesn't mean this is not a bad law,
what happens if someone shares a video or audio to FB or Twitter? The
implications for free speech could be huge.

I think this is coming of the back of the Music Policy? I wrote about the
