[kictanet] Taking Free Basics in Kenya for a spin.

I haven't tried it, but went
through the free basics Ad comments on facebook and found a noticeable
number of users complaining about Facebook bila images and slow internet. I
think it goes with the line 'beggars cant be choosers' free may mean poor
standards.

Facebook also doesn't allow any content in the free basic platform. This
means they will have the power to pick winners and losers in the local
internet markets without fair competition.
