Hallo All,
TESPOK has put in requests for a meeting to relevant Hon. Members of Parliament and are waiting for feedback. We are also engaging KEPSA to be vocal about the impact of passing laws in such a manner and it's impact on business. TESPOK would like to see due process followed, if the line Ministry was not involved then who is involved? How will industry stakeholders be engaged? What mechanism does Parliament have to ensure all stakeholders are involved? TESPOK wrote to the National Assembly as soon as we were aware that the bill had proceeded as was for the second reading despite the positions of MOICT and CA.
If there is anyone on the list who can shade light on when that engagement happened please advise us and share the invitation notice.
Kind regards
Fiona Asonga

In total agreement Mwendwa, are there possibilities of seeking

Best Regards
