This is what really makes me wonder, when will we ever think of the future. Most Govt agencies spend as if the world is ending today, no wonder we are in economic problems, one of the reasons given is wastage of funds.

I am sure part of that money if used economically can be used to build an ICT lab somewhere in Kenya to increase Technical literacy(..hoping fund for the project won't be stolen again :-)  ..... ).
