•   As noted on the front page, the draft is not presented as the consensus
of the CCWG-Accountability. The group has engaged in healthy and prosperous
dialogue over the past weeks and months and has decided that at this point
in their recommendation development process *they want more input from the
community*.

◦                    This public comment will be *VITAL* to the development
and finalization of the proposal that will eventually go to NTIA as a part
of the IANA Stewardship Transition Enhancing ICANN Accountability process.

Secondly, coinciding with the public comment, the CCWG-Accountability has
announced two Webinars on their draft proposal for *next Monday, 11 May
2015*:
