[kictanet] Why would you regard Konza Technocity as a white elephant?

Dear Listers,

Am a big believer in the validity of the Konza Technocity dream. Last week
I went through online arguments opposing the project and am beginning to
conclude that they are about two issues :-
(1) *What sectoral interventions are urgent and which are important?*
*(2) Whether real estate and physical infrastructure are valid
interventions in the ICT sector.*
I penned down my counter arguments in an article "why would you call Konza
