[kictanet] Mombasa Internet traffic re-routed to Nairobi hub

Bernard,

A while back there was debate on this list on the viability of having
more than one exchange point. This started when there was talk of the
government having its own exchange point. I think we still need to
work on generating more local content to make extra exchange points
viable, so far KIXP seems to have adequate capacity for our country.
