Hey McTim,

Any specific reason why they don't publish their proceedings? Are they not public organs/entities? Don't the stakeholders have a right to know how certain decisions were arrived at? It is this kind of highhandedness that breeds corruption. FIFA comes to mind. 

I think it's time for a disruption in this space from ICANN all the way down.
