[kictanet] IPv6 Deployment: Kenya leads in Africa

Although still in its early stages of deployment, Kenya is ranked 47th in the world & 1st in Africa in percentage of IPv6 adoption and requests made to backbone provider- Akamai. Noteworthy as it ranks ahead of Hong Kong and the UK which have substantially higher Internet penetration rates.
