I guess I understand your resistance to this kind of a law and as a self confessed pirate I would happily want you blocked from accessing those sites.

Oh I pirate music, movies... All of it foreign though. Software, not really.

If you asked me why I do it, well I'm not going to pay 1000bob for something I'll only use once. And if I wanted to pay that 1000bob I would have to find a distributor, one that wasn't pirating too and it's so easy to find those and physically hand over my money. I just don't have time for that

There are several ways, the problem is do you want to turn us into China and have our own great firewall and violate our rights up and down the spectrum? How do we trust anyone not to use such a system to block free speech or even their competition?
