1. Are Safaricom customers (resellers) out-innovating the giant? Some savvy Kenyans have found a way to sell data cheaper than Safaricom. How about that? 

2. Would you categorize Safaricom's behavior as Anti-Competitive or justified to ensure certain levels of 'service'?
