Well said, your comments actually touch on the entire ICT sector. I
have noted with interest the way Dr. Matiangi is currently engaging
stakeholders which is welcome and i would personally congratulate him
in advance i hope as members of the civil society, private sector,
technical community and academia we will follow suit as per your
