[kictanet] Kenya's Tech Startup scene leaves investors underwhelmed

Colleagues,
Interesting discussion which lends credence to the fact that we are on
the right path, it just depends on how we interpret the article. The
discussion is also timely in that it comes at the beginning of the
year, it is my hope that as stakeholders we will find more time in our
schedules to work together on areas that require joint effort from all
stakeholders. I am also looking forwad to greater engagement with our
Cabinet Secretary and Principal Secretary in moving the local
technology scene to the next level.
