@ Wash, I believe what you are referring to here is an ICT industry
(Professional) Association, in whichever form. A Union is a body of people
who are employed by a certain organization, or groups of organizations,
with the sole purpose of collectively bargaining for their interest.

The question then should be, what is the stand of the CSK or the other new
entrant ICT Association with  regard to the digital migration stand off?
