Thanks for sharing. These are fairly serious accusations against Facebook. If true it raises some serious ethical behavior issues against Facebook.

I think it's time this country and Africa started talking openly in the mainstream on the issues of Net Neutrality. The pros and cons.

I urge the new team at the ICT Ministry to include this issue as a major policy engagement.
